Man City V The Toon: Tips Round-Up

My Tips For Manchester City V Newcastle United: Round-Up

Before the Man City game I cautioned that I was betting with my heart rather than my head and unfortunately that proved to be the case.

On the positive side, according to Pardew we could have four or five players back from injury for Fulham on Sunday, or possibly even for Benfica on Thursday, so hopefully our recent blip is just a temporary measure.

Anyway, over-optimism meant a total wipe-out for my Toon tips this week and my general football tips didn't do too much better...

. . . . . . . .

General Football Tips:

Sunderland V Man United - Win To Nil:
20 points on Man United To Win To Nil at 2.75 - WIN 55 points
Man United have now won their last six league games to nil.

Wigan V Norwich - Match Result:
20 points on Draw at 3.6 - LOSS

Everton V Stoke - Handicap Betting:
20 points on Everton -1 at 2.5 - LOSS
Puma
Swansea V Tottenham - First Goalscorer:
10 points on Gareth Bale To Be First Goalscorer at 5.0 - LOSS

Arsenal V Reading - Match Result:
10 points on Arsenal at 1.22 - WIN 12 points

Scunthorpe V Leyton Orient - Match Result:
20 points on Leyton Orient to win at 2.6 - LOSS

Making an overall return of 67 points and therefore an overall loss 33 points.

Our recent poor results have caught me out over the last couple of weeks but our home form remains decent (4 wins and a draw from our last 5 matches in all competitions), and hopefully the return of key players should be cause for optimism going into our next two vital league matches and our double header with Benfica.

My general football tips are now establishing a comfortable lead in the head to head totals:

Newcastle tips - 11.5
General football tips - 15.5

As usual I'll be skipping the Europa League match away to Benfica on Thursday and making my next set of tips a couple of days before the visit of Fulham on Sunday.
